This portrait for a palm tree aims to make Nature present, that is the reason for the ambiguous facial expression between kind and worried.

In order to assemble the sculpture to the palm tree it has a handle with my handprint as a signature.

The palm tree refers to carnival, black women and the ecological leadership of Brasil.

The work in the picture was donated to the Colombian Embassy at Brasilia as a symbol of support to the environmental initiatives.

Prior masculine* faces were hung on flamboyant trees and abandoned there on Km5 Don Bosco Ave. Lago Sul, Brasilia.

*When I made them I didn't know that tree in Portuguese is a feminine noun.
